REFUND POLICY

Horizon Acquisition Group LLC

Version 1.2 — 5 October 2026

This policy forms part of the Client Services Agreement. Where this policy and the Agreement disagree, the Agreement governs — except on refunds, where this policy governs.

Where this policy refers to a numbered clause — “clause 11”, “clause 5” — that is a clause of the Client Services Agreement, which you can read at horizonacquisitiongroup.com/client-agreement.

1. The short version

We refund you when we are the reason the work cannot happen. We do not refund work we have already done, and we cannot refund money we never received.

Everything below is that sentence, in detail.

In your first 30 days, our money-back guarantee comes first.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied in your first 30 days, tell us and we'll refund your fee in full.

What it covers: every fee you've paid Horizon, including a setup fee and a three-month prepayment. It applies even if work has already started.

What it doesn't cover: your advertising budget. You pay that directly to the ad platform, so it never comes to us (section 2).

How to use it: email billing@horizonacq.com within 30 days of your first payment. The agreement ends that day and no notice period is owed.

What happens to the work: your right to use the ads and landing page we made ends, and we take the page down.

Once per business: it applies to your first purchase only.

This is a promise about your satisfaction, not about results. We still don't promise a number of leads (section 4b).

2. Advertising money is not ours to refund

Your advertising budget is paid by you, directly to the platform, from your own advertising account (clause 11). It never passes through Horizon. We do not hold it, mark it up, or take a share of it.

So we cannot refund it — not as a matter of policy, but as a matter of fact. Money already spent showing your ads has been spent, and it was spent by you. If you want money back from an advertising platform, that is between you and the platform.

Anything unspent stays in your own account, and you keep it. You do not need anything from us to get it, because we were never holding it.

3. When we refund you

These are the reasons that entitle you to a refund. They are also the reasons you can end the agreement early without the forfeit in section 5 applying.

4. When we do not refund

Except under the 30-day guarantee, these are not refunded.

5. Ending early, and what you owe

Either of us may end the agreement at any time on thirty days' written notice. What you owe when you do depends on how you chose to pay — and the difference is the discount.

If you pay monthly. Give thirty days' written notice whenever you like. You owe the fee for that notice period and nothing else. Money already paid for a month that has started is not returned. Nothing accelerates, there is no penalty, and the first three months do not create a debt.

If you paid three months up front at 10% off. Those three months are committed — that commitment is exactly what the discount bought. If you end early for your own reasons, the unused months are not refunded. The same applies to any later quarterly prepayment taken at the same discount.

None of this applies to a refund under the 30-day guarantee.

If you end early for one of the reasons in section 3, none of the above applies. You owe nothing further, and if you prepaid you get back the whole months you have not received — see section 6.

After the first three months, the agreement continues month to month on the same thirty days' notice. There is no cancellation fee and no penalty — only the notice period you already agreed to.

6. If you paid three months up front

You paid a discounted rate for the whole term, so any refund is worked out at the rate you actually paid — not at the higher monthly rate. Otherwise a refund would quietly take the discount back, and that is not what you agreed to.

Where a refund is due under section 3, we refund the whole months you have not received. The month in progress is not refunded, because the work for it is already under way.

Where no section 3 reason applies and you simply want to stop, section 5 governs: the unused months stay with us, because the commitment is what earned you the discount.

7. Money we never received

No refund is made until your original payment has actually cleared. A payment that has failed, bounced, or is still pending has not reached us, and we cannot return money we do not have. Once it clears, the refund is processed normally.

8. How to ask

Ask in writing, to billing@horizonacq.com. Tell us what you paid for, what went wrong, and what you are asking for.

We will reply in writing within ten business days, either with the refund or with a plain explanation of why we say one is not due. If we say no, we will tell you which part of this policy we are relying on — you should never have to guess.

Refunds are returned to the card or account that paid, because that is the only route available to us.

9. If you raise a dispute with your bank instead

You are entitled to. But a dispute is decided by your card issuer on the paperwork, not by a conversation with us, and it takes far longer than asking us directly.

If one is raised, we will provide the signed agreement, the record of what was delivered and approved, and this policy. We would much rather sort it out with you first.

10. Currency

Every amount in this policy and in the Client Services Agreement is in United States dollars (USD).
